IEMS Solution develops an AI-based advanced common platform managing all interactions between utility, consumers, and prosumers for Distributed Energy Resources and enabling a smooth Smart Grid transition to the utility of the future business model. IEMS offers three leading software solutions: 1. Predictive Analytics: Real-time predictive analytics for renewable energy resources (i.e., solar-PV and Wind) and load forecasts (i.e., Electric Load and EV-fleets' charge demand or V1G) for distributed power systems. 2. DERMS (Distributed Energy Management System): AI powered system simulator and optimizer for optimal and efficient scheduling of renewable energy sources (DER), flexible loads (demand response or DR), and EV-fleets' V1G and V2G services. 3. Transactive Energy and Advanced Market Management System (TE & AMMS): Autonomous and agent-based energy (and reserve) bid/offer submissions, price negotiations, electronic contracts signing (e-contracts), TE contracts' monitoring and reporting abnormal behaviors to all stakeholders, and periodic TE financial settlements and reporting to all stakeholders, including the DSO/PU and Prosumers of Energy. Additionally, IEMS offers: - Software solutions/services to buildings' (energy) managers and municipalities to conserve (optimize) their energy usage and get paid for it from their local energy providers (PU/LDC) via a Permissioned Blockchain SaaS (mobile application). - Designing Solar PV, Battery Storage, and CHP (combined heat and power) energy technologies for commercial/industrial buildings with high power demand (1 to 50 MW) to save them the Global Adjustment portion of their electricity bills and help them make money from their in-house generators during peak hours of demand via a Permissioned Blockchain SaaS (mobile application).
