Our new £1.2million Rotherham gym provides a fresh and interactive gym experience. More than 160 pieces of state-of-the-art Matrix equipment ensure your workout can be as diverse as you want it to be, and we’ll give you as much advice and guidance as you need along the way. Our four workout zones - functional, freeweights, cardio and spin studio – provide a lively and exhilarating backdrop for your workout routine. Whether you’re looking to bulk up, slim down or feel fitter, i-motion has all you need and more to reach and surpass your goals. The gym also features an innovative Kaleido Vision music video jukebox which will give members access to 2,000 music DVD’s from a range of genres, that are projected on a 3m x 2.5m screen and other screens around the gym. Our timetabled 90 classes a week offer a broad range of physical challenges - tailor your workout calendar and attend the classes that suit you best.
