I-4 Capital Partners Information

I-4 Capital Partners (I4CP) is an early stage investment fund that focuses on investments in the renewable energy and technology sectors resulting in substantial positive social impact. I4CP aims to reduce the risk of early stage investment by employing a two-tier approach. First, I4CP enables investors to realize the benefit of portfolio diversification, while capturing the lucrative upside of early stage investment. I4CP accomplishes this by spreading investment capital across our existing portfolio of companies, and incorporating new ones. Second, I4CP intends to reduce risk and offer a return of principal to investors through the use of a secondary insurance-based investment strategy. I4CP has designed an investment strategy that identifies, vets and invests in potentially high value start-ups. Like all new ventures there is significant risk in such investments. To protect against this risk, I4CP has designed a risk mitigating insurance-based investment strategy designed to result in principal recovery for investors within 10-15 years. This will allow investors to gain access to potentially significant returns while protecting the principal investment amount.
