Hush is Singapore's 1st Silent TeaBar (and possibly the world's first) and a social movement determined to bring self care and social inclusion to every workplace, every community, with a cup of tea led by lovingly-trained Deaf facilitators. As an impact business focused on mental wellness and Deaf empowerment, the entire core team of staff in Hush is made up 5 Deaf and 3 PMHIs (persons with mental health issues). Our sustainability model is Hush@Workplace where we bring our signature Hush experience to workplaces like DBS, Google, Deutsche Bank, Medtronic, NUHS, TTSH, PWC, Redhat, Deloitte Touche, Dow Chemical, Dell, IFF, MCCY, MOE, MOT, etc. This is a guided 4-zone journey of learning to sign, reflect with tea, make art with tea ink and share reflections with each other to promote experiential empathy, self care through mindful reflection and team/social cohesion through facilitated expressions.
