HuiCatao Corp. (HCC), a Minority Based Enterprise (MBE), is a seasoned heavy construction company specializing in utility work. HCC strives to provide the most efficient and effective construction methodologies on each and every project while being diligent and mindful on safety requirements. There are three major areas of expertise that includes (1) new construction and replacement of public water mains, sanitary and storm sewers, (2) consultation services for utility negotiations and construction management, and (3) large scale landscaping which includes but not limited to plantings of trees, shrubs, plugs, and Best Management Practice (BMP) installations. The principals and management have between 25-30 years of experience in the industry working with public entities ( NYC DDC, DEP, DOT, EDC, etc…), to provide improvements to public resources for the betterment of communities and residents.
