We turn user experience data from events into business analytics Hugo helps visitors set expectations before an event and leave reviews about their experience after an event. Providing this feedback can be done through widgets on the event’s channels or on Hugo itself. Via different dashboards, event organizers gain insights in the given feedback and can engage with their fanbase. What is interesting, is that we are providing event organizers with new insights in their events’ reputation and how their visitors perceive not only their event but also other events they go to. Within Hugo, we are able to make cross-references on multiple events but we are also able to integrate data from other sources to assist event organizers in benchmarking their events against others. We are able to enrich the user generated content with for example ticketing data providing event organizers with new insights in their marketing, brand and sales strategy.
