HRD Group Oy, established in 1991, is a Finnish company focusing exclusively on recruitment consultation. Our services cover all forms of recruitment: executive search, public search, and assessment of applicants’ suitability for a position. Our success is primarily based on our many years of experience in consulting, our extensive selection of services, and our strong desire to fulfil our vision - to be the best Finnish recruitment consultation office by 2011. HRD Group is a member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants in Finland, and the consultants carrying out assessment work have an assessment certificate from the Finnish Psychological Association.
