We are Horticoop, a Royal investment cooperative investing in horticultural companies that increase productivity while using resources more efficiently and sustainably. We focus on technological innovation across the horticultural sector, including Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA). Backed by 280 members in the Netherlands and Germany, we combine capital with deep sector expertise, an international network and direct access to growers and industry partners. We provide growth capital and support shareholder buyouts. Working alongside entrepreneurs and management teams, we help our portfolio companies accelerate innovation and pursue organic growth, international expansion and buy-and-build strategies. Our ambition is to build stronger horticultural companies and contribute to a more sustainable and future-proof horticultural industry.
