Horizon Engineering Associates, LLP Information

Horizon Engineering Associates (HEA) was founded in 1995 to help owners improve the operation and performance of their buildings. Over the last 25 years HEA has grown in size and offerings, but our core service remains the same: building commissioning for new construction and existing buildings. With 11 offices across the country, we are one of the largest firms dedicated to commissioning services and remain committed to our original goal: getting building systems to work as intended. Throughout our commissioning process, we guide, advise, define, document, test and verify. As a pioneer, HEA commissioned the nation's first green residential high-rise building, which is also a model of sustainable design and construction principles. We continue to actively participate in the future of Commissioning and Sustainable Design through the high standards of our own practice, and through leadership in industry organizations such as the U.S. Green Building Council and the Building Commissioning Association.
