Launched in July 2011 the dynamic site is built using asp.net mvc and sql server. HomeHelpHub will shortly be releasing a Customer Insight Centre (CIC) which monitors trends from communities across the web by crawling forum posts and using text analytics to extract business intelligence from the unstructured data.
