With over 1200 apartment and townhome units throughout the City, we're here to help Edmontonians find a home they love at a rent they can afford. As a non-profit corporation owned by the City of Edmonton, we are committed to growing the supply of affordable housing in the City, building safe welcoming communities, and demonstrating leadership in environmental, social & governance (ESG) practices.
