We are a diversified real estate development and management company. We take real estate from raw land through to high-quality finished product in both residential and commercial built form. We develop and manage mixed-use residential communities, business and industrial parks, office buildings, retail commercial centres and golf courses. Since 1923, our focus has been the business of real estate. We've built over 140 communities across western Canada since the 1950s and have helped to shape much of Alberta's landscape. We manage ~5 million square feet in commercial real estate assets and several hundred residential rental units.
