HIMOINSA is a global corporation that designs, manufactures and distributes power generation equipment worldwide. The equipment that the brand offers includes diesel and gas generator sets, control panels and paralleling systems for standby emergency power, prime power, peak power and distributed power. It also develops hybrid power gensets for the telecom sector and manufactures lighting towers for the rental and construction markets. Being a vertical manufacturer is HIMOINSA’s main strength, as the company has the capability of producing all components of the genset: alternators, engines, canopies, control panels, automatic transfer switches and paralleling systems. All the parts are perfectly integrated and the final product is always tested before shipping, minimizing potencial problems. An added value of the company is the HIMOINSA Engineering Solutions, a concept that defines the work of the brand, as all their power generation products are designed and customized following their high technical know-how to adapt the product to the unique specifications of each special project. This of course includes commissioning whenever the client needs it and specialized training on site to ensure perfect maintenance of the equipment when required. This concept includes turnkey projects, where the company assumes the role of an EPC contractor, taking care of everything from the engineering design of the project, civil construction, manufacture of the equipment and installation and commissioning as final steps. The company has 8 production plants located in China, India, Spain, France, Brazil, USA and Argentina. It also has 11 subsidiaries around the world located in Germany, UK, Portugal, Poland, Singapore, Panama, Dominican Republic, Argentina & South Cone, Angola, Southern Africa and the UAE.
