Ashley and Caren, Co-Founders and Executives of High5EM, are athletes, entrepreneurs, and event enthusiasts. We have 10+ years of experience in the event management industry, specifically in the production and creation of endurance events and were happy to share with you the launch of our new event business. Having managed fun runs, half marathons, themed events, swims, triathlons, adventure runs, snow shoe races and more, weve seen first hand the shift in the industry over time. Peoples expectations and interests have changed. Now more then ever, more people are signing up for events they may never imagined theyd try, which reiterates the importance and the need for the establishment of our company. Moving forward our focus to create and produce events focused on the wants and wishes of our participants, providing Out of the Box, CHALLENGING, FUN, and UNIQUE events for all to enjoy. Ashley is a USA Triathlon Certified Race Director and a Road Runners of America (RRCA) Certified Race Director, she is very knowledgeable and she has acquired a skillset over the years; including key contacts, resources, and partnerships that will help lift your event idea off the ground. Whether it be a fundraising initiative, an honorary event, a charitable cause, or a great event idea, our company has all the tools to make it happen. Our primary objective in managing your event and working with you to bring your event above and beyond your expectations. That being said, with a concrete understanding of the industry, knowledge and past experience, we are very selective with whom and which events we become associated.
