Limited access to general hygiene and menstrual care products is a public health issue. Launched in June 2020, Her Drive is a nonprofit organization that provides menstrual care and general hygiene products to people in need to combat period and hygiene poverty. Collectively, our volunteers have donated over 1.3 million products to women and children’s shelters, domestic violence survivor organizations, LGBTQ+ community groups, low-income schools, detention centers, reservation communities, and refugee support programs across America. Our goal is to empower the next generation of young leaders to eliminate period poverty in their local communities.
