Hellier Langston is an established and respected firm of chartered surveyors dealing in all aspects of commercial property for a range of small, medium and large sized enterprises in the both the public and private sectors throughout the south of England. The firm celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2013, over which time it has gone from strength to strength, becoming widely acknowledged as experts in all areas of commercial property in the region with a particular focus on Hampshire and the M27 Corridor. The South Coast regional coverage was further strengthened in June 2014 with the opening of the new Southampton office at Enterprise House in Ocean Village lead by Matthew Poplett and Jason Webb both ex Directors of Jones Lang LaSalle. The Southampton office was strengthened again in January 2015 by Guy Jones, a specialist in Landlord and Tenant and Corporate Real Estate. Guys joined from BNP Paribas where he was a director in the Southampton office.
