Previously, Mr. Hayut was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Xcite Health, an electronics medical record, practice management and billing company from 2011-2016. Prior, CEO of Modern Medical Modalities, an owner and management company of outpatient radiology centers from 2002 to 2010. Dr. John M. Copenhaver, is the Co-Founder and Chief Medical officer of Hayver Corporation. Dr. Copenhaver is a graduate of Emory University with a Bachelor of Science with High Honors in Biology. He then obtained a Medical Degree from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia followed by a residency in Pediatrics and specialty fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine also at Emory University School of Medicine. Noel Orsborn is the COO of Hayver Corporation. He joined in February 2017 after almost 30 years in increasing roles of responsibility with 2 Fortune 500 organizations. Mr. Orsborn advanced through sales, marketing, finance, supply chain and human resources to become most recently Vice President and General Manager of a $250MM concern. Mr. Orsborn knows first-hand the difficulties clients endure with addiction. Mr. Orsborn is our Chief Operating Officer and has 2 sons in college and a high school age daughter. Minesh Patel is the CTO of Hayver and leading the platform development. Former CTO of Xcite Health, an electronics medical record, practice management and billing company from 2011-2016. Prior, CTO and CFO of Modern Medical Modalities, an owner and management company of outpatient radiology centers from 2003-2010. MBA from GSU.
