Yes, I know youve gotten all the emails and I know the cousin of your brothers wife also did SEO.but as 2 Chainz once said, Im different . Throughout the years Ive also sought a different label besides SEO to answer with when people asked what I did for a living, but theres no real way around it when my goal is to optimize for search engines. Now, my goal is to change peoples perspective of what SEO is so its no longer a bad word that people associate with spam. HashtagJeff was started because a friend asked me about SEO and I never stopped talking about it. Its something I would talk about and help people with for free, but Im glad Ive been able to turn my passion into something that also feeds my family. Fast forward a few years and now HashtagJeff is less about me and more about an idea to empower publishers with the tools and information to grow organically. HashtagJeff has more faces than just mine, but each of us has the same goal, to help you understand SEO the way it was meant to be.
