Founded in 1984, Harnel was and is still today a family owned and operated company. Although our product offerings and business operations have evolved over the years, our core principles have not changed. First and foremost is our customer service. More than just shipping orders in a timely manner – which we do – we like to talk to our customers and get a feel for their needs. We believe in being more than just order-takers. Our other core principle is to offer the best possible value in our products. Value is a function of both quality and price. Thus, we strive to give give our customers excellent quality at the lowest prices in the marketplace. We are always looking for new items to carry, but only if they fit into our value equation. We’ve grown from one greeting card line to four distinctive lines, as well as an extensive selection of mylar balloons, and various complementary product lines. We also recently began personalizing products, which we expect to be quite popular in the coming years.
