The Hanze Centre of Development Cooperation (HCDC) is a small expertise agency in the field of development cooperation. HCDC collaborates with many different MBO institutions, colleges, universities and centres of expertise at home and abroad to achieve its goals. The mission of the HCDC is to contribute to the development and self-sufficiency of higher education institutions in developing countries by establishing sustainable collaborative relationships in the field of education and research. HCDC consists of three different areas: Hanze Capacity building, Hanze University Foundation and the Hanze East Africa Hub.
