Principal Mind Information

Principal Mind is a Dutch company that aims to build a bridge between the East and the West. By supporting local entrepreneurs in the East we want to contribute to the local economic development (financial results and social impact). We believe entrepreneurs are the engines for economic development. Economic development is the most effective way to lift entire communities out of poverty. We believe the West can learn from the East and vice versa. Our motive is to gap this bridge. We support local entrepreneurs by sharing our knowledge and experience from the West. We learn from the culture in the East, its social network and its leadership. We incorporate this in our own way of working in the West. Principal Mind consists of a number of independent entrepreneurs, managers and consultants. Every member of Principal Mind is very experienced in his own field of expertise and highly committed to deliver high quality solutions that improve collective and individual achievements in organisations in the Netherlands. We have a broad range of experience in Government, Health Care, Insurance and banking, IT, Industry, Telecom, Schools and Universities. And a broad range of expertise in business modelling, administration, planning & control, HR, change management and project management. What unites us is our common motive to expand our field of work, to deploy our knowledge and experience and to contribute to economic development in the East and learn from leadership and culture in the East.
