Hale Pule was founded in Hawai'i in 1999 with the intention of creating a sacred space where people from all over the world can learn how to find balance in their lives. Guided by the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga, our staff has supported thousands of people to reclaim their natural state of health. Hale Pule offers a simple way of life that integrates healing practices for the whole person: mind, body and spirit. In our experience, a holistic approach to life that aligns with nature opens up a meaningful connection with the higher self. And the higher self is the greatest teacher of all. We build our professional training and clinical practices on the combined power of Ayurveda and Yoga. Our classically-based programs are designed to provide students with practical tools that they can integrate into their daily lives.
