Haldora designs women's clothing that works with any life style. Her creations are stylish, timeless and travel the globe well. Haldora cares about quality, comfort, and wear-ability. Most of her fabrics are pre-washed eliminating the need for dry cleaning and harsh chemicals. She uses primarily natural fabrics such as linen, silks, cottons and wool. Currently she is using some sueded micro fibers that breath, wash and travel well. All garments are sewn in Upstate New York and sold exclusively at her store or on this web site. Many collections are limited and often are one of a kind. Haldora puts a lot of personal time and care into creating a garment that you will want to own for many years, adding to and building your wardrobe with quality garments. Haldora's heritage is Icelandic and Ukrainian. She has been creating and sewing since childhood, learning while watching her mother and grandmother sew. She is inspired by her visual sense, dreams and intuition. Haldora has been in business for over 19 years with a history of satisfied repeat customers. Haldora is located in the heart of the Village of Rhinebeck, New York, 90 miles north of Manhattan in the beautiful Hudson Valley. Amtrak stops at the Rhinecliff Station which is only 3 miles from Rhinebeck.
