Haddins is a complete health, fitness and sports company based at Zayed Sports City in Abu Dhabi. The business, initially created by Michael Haddin in Australia, has also had considerable success in India and the USA before expanding its reach to the Middle East. Haddins specialises in providing health and fitness solutions for the entire population, currently within four (4) key areas: 1. Children's Wellness Programs 2. Corporate Wellness Programs 3. General Population Programs 4. High Performance Sports Conditioning Haddins first gym at Zayed Sports City (ZSC) opened in September 2010. All Haddins programs are run by industry leading professionals and are all based on proven scientifically based principles. This fact, along with the passion and enthusiasm of Haddins carefully selected team, is what has and will continue to set Haddins apart from other companies in this emerging market. Haddins mission is simple - to make good health an enjoyable way of life. Our focus on making exercise fun, enjoyable and sustainable, by using a variety of scientifically proven, functional activities all conducted within a positive environment, has been an extremely successful approach. Sport is a critical tool for the positive development of the next generation of children in the Emirates. By emphasising the enjoyment and ensuring clients receive results, Haddins strives to make life long changes to all our clientele to ensure a more productive and fruitful life. Furthermore, Haddins recognises the extreme issue the UAE is facing having the second worst rate of diabetes in the world. As a result, Haddins recently teamed with ICLDC to assist with improving the health of local youth in a government funded 'Healthy Schools' program. If we can assist in reducing the affects of obesity in Abu Dhabi and decrease the rate of obesity related disease in the Emirates, we have gone a long way to achieving our goals.
