Haché started life back in 2004 as a family business. Our mission was to create the true gourmet burger: unrivalled quality, great ingredients and supremely tasty. We currently have six sites in fashionable areas within London. We started with a very clear vision of what we wanted Haché to be, and our efforts in producing a superb product have thankfully been appreciated by reviewers and food writers, but ultimately it is our customers who are our critical judges. They are the people who pay our wages and our rent, and they are the ones who we must ensure come back time and time again. We are very aware that since we started out, the competition has increased substantially, and the only way to stay ahead is to consistently offer both a fantastic product and superb service. That’s why we have strived to maintain a constant pursuit of excellence since the beginning.
