H&H Development was established in 1998 by Greg Hyde and Robert Harrelson, Jr. and has steadily built a strong reputation by developing and constructing quality projects. We approach every project with integrity and professionalism from planning to delivery of the final product. Greg Hyde has over 25 years of local construction experience having worked for various homebuilders and developers in Southern Nevada. He served as project manager for the master-planned community of Desert Shores while working for RA Homes and was Vice-President of Construction at BR Homes before starting H & H Development. Greg is responsible for all the day to day operations of the company including land acquisitions, establishing budgets, project supervision, and purchasing. He is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and also holds a current real estate license. Robert (Bob) Harrelson Jr., in addition to being co-owner of H & H Development, has owned and operated Harrelson Masonry in Boulder City since 1989. Bob is involved with land acquisitions, field supervision and quality-control. His character and long-time business contacts throughout the local construction community have helped to build H&H Developments reputation in the community. With over 50 years of combined local construction experience, we have the knowledge and expertise to provide all the development services you need from start to finish.
