Gussco Manufacturing is a family owned and operated company. For three generations, Gussco has been committed to providing value added and innovative organization, presentation, and storage solutions. Gussco was one of the first to introduce folders that resist spills and avoid paper cuts and special archival file folders for long term storage using specially formulated WaterShed®/Cutless® and EverFile® folder stocks. Gussco continues the innovative tradition with the introduction of two new product families called GUS Fusion™ and GUS Elements™, which provide a modern alternative to generic filing solutions. Highly automated production and rigid quality control are the hallmarks of Gussco that allow it to provide premium made products, great service, and fast turn-around. Gussco was originally organized in 1918 as the Guide System & Supply Company. From its inception in a loft on lower Broadway to Brooklyn to a state of the art manufacturing facility in Cedar Grove, New Jersey, Gussco has always had deep roots in the New York City area. In fact, one of the company's former employees, Abraham Beame, went on to become the Mayor of New York in the 1970's. The company continues to honor its heritage by maintaining headquarters in the Flatiron district of Manhattan.
