Gulf Controls Information

The Gulf Controls Company (GCC) was founded in July, 1969 by George Johnson and Andy DeBoer. Since the beginning we have always strived to deliver high quality products, economically and efficiently to our customers. In the 1980's and 90's Gulf Controls expanded its presence throughout Florida, Southeast Georgia and Puerto Rico by acquiring several distributorships engaged in fluid power and electronic/electo-mechanical motion control products. GCC also acquired a Miami based hydraulic service shop known as Action Hydraulics, Inc. This allowed Gulf Controls to offer full system capabilities to its customers from system design to repair and warranty work. In July of 2013, Employee Owned Holdings, Inc. (EOHI) acquired 100% ownership of Gulf Controls Company. GCC is now a part of a family of employee-owned companies (EOHI) providing a full arrangement of solutions, from product development to completed systems ready for installation, along with the products and services on hand to meet your hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic needs. Our objective is to provide the products, services and value-added solutions our clients require to achieve their strategic business goals.
