Gülbaba Records is an Istanbul-based independent record label founded in 2020, aiming at building a cultural hub structured around independent, original and passionate music. Music enthusiastics before everything else, we work on creating a genre-fluid catalog that currently includes Turkish psychedelic, traditional Turkish music, experimental rock, new folk, electronica, and hip-hop & rap. Since 2011, Gülbaba Music has represented local voices in over 50 countries in 6 different continents. With our growing roster we keep working on extraordinary projects, tours and festivals. Our goal is to globalize the sounds from Istanbul and become a local face in the global music scene!
