Près de 90 ans d’histoire fromagère. En 1931, 211 producteurs de lait créent la Coopérative de l’Ermitage à Bulgnéville, dans les Vosges, pour assurer leur indépendance et produire des fromages de qualité. Aujourd’hui plus de 1000 Coopérateurs, Producteurs de lait, sont toujours les seuls actionnaires de la Fromagerie de l’Ermitage. Tout un univers de fromage. Depuis plus de 90 ans, la Fromagerie de l’Ermitage s’est développée en préservant sa culture, sa tradition fromagère et son savoir-faire.
