At GT Independence, our mission is to help people live a life of their choosing regardless of age or ability. Since 2004, we’ve provided financial management services for those who self-direct their long-term services and supports (LTSS) at home and in community-based settings. Now serving over 60,000 people nationwide, we strive to make self-direction easy and accessible. We have spent years designing and perfecting smart technology solutions to simplify self-direction. Our proprietary tools support people in self-direction, starting at the point of referral and throughout their journey. We work collaboratively with states and health plans to strengthen accountability and drive positive outcomes for the people we serve. As a CARF-accredited, SOC 2-compliant, and HITRUST-certified FMS, we meet the highest standards for quality assurance. We are committed to expanding access to self-determination. We believe everyone should have the option to self-direct—and we won’t rest until they do.
