For over 72 years, Grupo IUSA has been the driving force of an industry. Grupo IUSA's founder Alejo Peralta had the vision of transforming Mexico from an agrarian to an industrial nation. For more than seven decades years the group has made key contributions to Mexico's electrification. Today, we are considered a reliable supplier to Petroleos Mexicanos and the Federal Electricity Commission, as each of our products meets the required international quality standards. The conglomerate is divided in several corporate divisions, including IUSA in manufacturing; Bionatur in the agriculture sector; the Alejo Peralta Foundation in community service; and Vox IP in telecommunications, among others. Through its manufacturing arm, IUSA is a domestic and international market leader in supplies and comprehensive solutions for several markets, including OEM manufacturers, providers of electricity, construction forms, and installers, among many others. When we speak of telecommunications, we cannot forget that we were the first in the industry. In 1957, engineer Alejo Peralta created a radiotelephone company called Servicio Organizado Secretarial (SOS). It was the first and oldest wireless telephony company that would set the basis of what would later become cellular telephony. Later, with IUSACELL, we branched into the mobile telephone market. Now, with the E-Mexico project, we are becoming the leading developer and provider of satellite Internet in Mexico and Latin America. The program provides comprehensive coverage for hard-to-access localities or regions with excellent quality. In the telecommunications industry, the company Vox IP has made clear that its leading edge technology, combined with its enormous effort and talent, are responsible for its great success.
