Grupo EMR is a diversified international company focused on: -Real estate and hotel development -Hotel and property management -Shared office space development and leasing, Coworking Spaces -Restaurant development -Investment management and consulting For now we are primarily focused in Argentina but will be expanding in South America and entering the European and Asian markets. We have a demonstrated ability to provide top-tier products and services in each of the business sectors we enter. We have successfully operated the following hotels and lodges since 2010: Palermo Tower, located in beautiful Buenos Aires Palermo Place, also located in Buenos Aires Arelauquen Lodge, nestled on the lake near the resort town of San Carlos de Bariloche Auberge Du Vin, located in wine country in Mendoza (opening August 2014) In addition to our hotels, we have also piloted the The Office in Buenos Aires. The Office is a globally protected brand name for our Coworking business. Coworking provides an efficient alternative to the traditional office through a shared office environment. Our successful pilot location in Palermo Hollywood in Buenos Aires has achieved its financial projections and will serve as the prototype for our second Buenos Aires location currently under development. The Office will expand to Europe in 2014 and we will also launch our franchise model later that year.
