Focussing on workplace and life skills, this collaborative, mentored journey empowers unemployed people to step into the light and shine. Open to all over the age of 18 - no upper age limit - with Right to Work documents in place, or Government issued share code who are interested in working in London. Growing Talent has disrupted the norm. No cvs, no job descriptions, no formal interviews! Instead, insightful employers select via two stages. The first we call speed dating. An interactive, fun getting to know you circuit. Any applicants shortlisted by an employer will be invited to attend a 1-2-1 meeting where the role is based. If an offer is made and accepted, the following kicks in: Orientation & Holistic pre-onboarding - week long workshops including effective communication in the workplace, managing relationships, identifying and managing behaviours and emotions, basic finance and nutrition and qualification in a global mental health and wellbeing programme. Operational placement – a mutual evaluation period for you and the employer to know the fit is right. Retain your benefits throughout, get paid by the employer and have your travel paid.
