Since 1984, we have been at the forefront of: • Facilitation • Collaborative Management Training • Facilitation Education • Collaborative Management Education We use our extensive experience in organisational development, management support and facilitation to craft our own versatile easy-to-use collaborative skills and processes. Good processes, well facilitated have an amazing transformative potential. Our approach has two key components: • A wide range of collaborative processes and practical micro-skills that are easily understood. • Building emotional resilience so that people can remain centred, and actually apply these processes and skills across a wide range of workplace challenges. The Groupwork Institute now provides an Advanced Diploma of Group Facilitation (the world's first nationally accredited facilitation qualification) and an Advanced Diploma of Management (collaborative management focus). Alongside these course, a wide range of short courses and in-house training are offered to help people work well together.
