Greystone is a privately-owned company located in Edmonton representing a cross-section of commercial landlords from family estates to institutional clients, each with varying degrees of involvement in their properties. Ron Mosher, who has over 25 years’ experience in the real estate industry, is the majority shareholder of Greystone and actively works in the real estate business through the company. Truda Lachman is the Broker of Record and manages the day to day operations. Greystone is licensed through the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) and are members of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Management Our team professionally manages over 3.2 million square feet of commercial property throughout Alberta, and attends to the needs of over 400 retail, industrial and office tenants. Our tenant base ranges from small businesses to international companies, with leases that vary from simple standard industrial leases to retail/office leases that include caps, base years, and/or exclusions. Our team acts on behalf of owners to oversee the administration and operation of the property according to their objectives, for both new and established properties.
