GREG EVANS MG LTD Information

Greg Evans MG Ltd creates and maintains premium quality grass playing surfaces for golf clubs across the South of England and beyond. Under the leadership of Greg Evans, the company effectively manages all aspects of soft landscaping and the people responsible for it. With increasing competition among golf clubs to attract players, golf course owners and managers need to provide the best possible aesthetic and physical conditions to keep members happy. For this reason, Greg utilises his passion for creating perfect playing surfaces (from his career as a successful competitive amateur player) and his knowledge developed over many years of analysing soil data, at a range of different clubs to deliver results that keep players returning year-after-year. Greg also understands the needs for golf course committees to manage costs and deliver quality – so has developed a range of flexible solutions which deliver outstanding results whilst minimising costs. This could mean achieving a better outcome for the same cost or even making improvements with a reduced budget. For example, a recent project involved reducing aeration by 50 percent, which resulted in quality improvements whilst also delivering cost reductions. This track record of success means happy players and a happy board of directors. To achieve this, Greg Evans MG can help in the following ways: - Working with golf course management teams to identify and implement solutions. - Course visits and audits to assess the current situation. - Interviews with staff to identify & rectify issues. - Advise on an effective plan of action. - Working with the team to gently introduce change. - Managing and overseeing the implementation of those changes.
