In 1982, Greg Dean began his Stand-Up Comedy Workshops. He wanted to spread the knowledge he had collected over the years as a street performer, circus clown, juggler, and professional stand-up comedian. Through his studies, Greg noticed that comedy had no basic technique. So, for the past fifteen years he has made it his mission to identify the skills, principles, and techniques used by funny people so as to create an overall method for learning comedy. Greg has helped launch dozens of stand-up comedy careers. He been voted "Best Comedy Teacher" by his peers, and is known as "The Comedy Teacher's Teacher".
