Defining our ‘Why’, our raison d’être, our purpose, cause, or belief that inspires us to do what we do, has been truly important to us. Our why provides us with clarity, meaning and direction. It is the filter through which we each day make decisions that helps us bring our cause to life. Healthy and convenient Before the idea of Greenilicious was brought to life, we were three likeminded friends and colleagues that noticed that both we, our families, and people around us, were interested in eating healthier food, but often we were tied up in fast-paced lives, and didn’t have time to buy lots of ingredients to make wholesome, nutritious meals. Balance Life balance seems to be on everyone’s mind nowadays, since balance is regarded as the key to happiness and well-being. It’s common knowledge that we are far more productive and happier when we eat healthier, get enough sleep, and exercise. But our lives are busy and powerpacked, and we find it hard to live up to our own expectations in all areas of life simultaneously. Nourish yourself In Greenilicious our mission is to make it easier for people to make healthier choices. We strongly believe that nourishing ourselves is not just about the food we eat, although it’s certainly where it all begins. To live happily and wholly in a way that makes sense to each of us, we need to draw nourishment from every part of our lives – food, love, work, relationships, movement – just to name a few. Slow food in a fast way In Greenilicious we want to be there for people who are busy pursuing their dreams and need a quick, flavorful and healthy fuel-me-up. And at the same time we wish to offer people an opportunity to step out of their fast-paced life for a while and enjoy a slow moment alone or with their loved ones while savoring a good meal that builds up their body, mind and soul – a meal that’s both green and delicious: GREENILICIOUS A heartfelt welcome!
