Established in 2008. Years ago, my mother and father had a dream to start a restaurant with their six children. My father, a Pastor, took a leave of absence from serving a church. Our first restaurant, Pontillos Pizzeria on 13th & Q, opened April 27th, 1978 which later became daVincis. My father, Kalmer, saw the restaurant as a ministry in which we could touch many lives everyday. Now I am continuing that dream with my family. There is a special joy we have in serving our guests and we want you to feel welcome here. You are our extended family.My brother Kent and I trained in 1977 at a Country Kitchen restaurant in Green Valley, Arizona. I have come full circle. Greenfields today is focused on breakfast while at the same time offering wonderful lunch, dinner and catering options. The name Greenfields comes from Psalm 23:2, I just replaced the word pastures with fields. He makes me lie down in Green Fields. May your visit here be a blessing.
