GrayTonic® and Question the Drink® was founded in 2018 by Kari Schwear. The mission of GrayTonic is to empower individuals to examine and question the gray areas in their lives, ultimately helping them to break free from limitations and attain personal success. As an Executive Lifestyle Coach, Kari, along with her husband, Rob, serve as the tonic for these gray areas, offering personalized guidance and support tailored to each client's unique needs. Our signature phrase, "Question the Drink," encapsulates the essence of our approach. This phrase originally focused on encouraging individuals to assess their relationship with alcohol, but it has since evolved to encompass all gray areas in one's life. By urging clients to "Question the _______," we invite them to bring awareness to these aspects, reflect on their impact, and make conscious choices for positive change. GrayTonic also specializes in workshops for high performance, profits and productivity in the workplace. Employee engagement is key, and with the changing times, this has never been more important than now. For leadership, this means adjusting quickly and going with the flow, or fighting the ‘new normal’ and struggling to turn a profit. This can either strengthen or dismantle a team if everyone is not onboard from corporate down, creating uncertainty and lack of ownership. That’s where the importance of implementing the act of “problemtunities” comes in, and where Kari Schwear/GrayTonic does the best work.
