Gray Matter Logic (GML) Information

Growth breaks the systems that used to work. Gray Matter Logic turns complexity into operational clarity for mid-market and enterprise ERP buyers who can't afford another implementation failure. We are a multi-platform ERP consulting firm. We deliver IFS Cloud implementation, Odoo ERP implementation, and Acumatica ERP implementation for operationally complex businesses where the cost of getting it wrong is measured in years, not quarters. Our Implementation Blueprint is where we start: a paid, structured engagement that surfaces risk, misalignment, and missing requirements before implementation begins. It answers the question every buyer carries: why won't you fail like the last partner. With specifics, not promises. We also deliver managed ERP services, ERP rescue and repair, and ERP migration and modernization. Peregrine Falcon, our internal platform for AI-accelerated ERP implementation, systematizes our methodology so every engagement starts on proven ground. Where we go deepest: — Aerospace and defense ERP, including ITAR compliant ERP and CMMC readiness for primes and subcontractors accountable to DCMA audits and customer flow-downs. — Manufacturing ERP: discrete manufacturing ERP, process manufacturing ERP, and electronics manufacturing ERP. — Field service management for utilities, energy, and telecom operators with asset-intensive footprints — ERP for manufacturing CFOs and operations leaders whose decisions must be defensible to a board, a parent company, or a PE sponsor. — Private equity portfolio ERP for sponsors standardizing operations across multi-entity holdings We operate across the US, Canada, Mexico, and France.
