GPR Ventures Information

GPR Ventures is a privately held real estate investment firm based in Silicon Valley, California. In 2011, Glen Yonekura and Phillip Rolla formed GPR Ventures to maximize their acquisition-to-disposition expertise, providing real estate investment opportunities for a select group of sophisticated investors. To date, GPR has acquired 68 buildings comprised of industrial/flex and office use across 24 different projects. The portfolio totals over 2,000,000 square feet in addition to 26 acres of industrial and mixed-use residential land.
