Golis Construction Inc Information

Golis Construction, Inc. is an Idaho based commercial construction company that has been building and remodeling public buildings for the last decade. Our quality workmanship has earned us a reputation as one of the premiere contractors in Idaho. We specialize in renovations and ground-up construction on difficult sites with tight time frames. Golis Construction, Inc. was established in 2003 by Thomas B. Golis, CM, as a small family owned commercial construction company. Tom brought 35 years of a successful construction career and formed his new company offering the best of knowledge from past projects such as the Bronco Stadium Expansion in Boise, ID to the Floating Golf Green for the Coeur d'Alene Golf and Spa Resort in Coeur d'Alene, ID. Growing each year since 2003 with more work and bidding opportunities beginning to grow in scale and difficulty, Tom began hiring and developing staff to manage projects. While new staff entered the company, Tom has never let go of the personal management of each project and always prides himself on taking a hands on approach and managing each project to a successful completion. We offer clients over thirty-five years of construction management and general contracting experience for private, public, and government clients in North Idaho and the Treasure Valley. Golis Construction, Inc. provides a full range of Construction Management services and construction services across all phases of a project, from the planning and conceptual phase to project start up and closeout.
