When the GLS team got together on day one, we needed to decide which space we wanted to occupy in the outsourcing world. Did we want to be First Class or Low Cost? Provide a perfect service or a quick solution when needed? The answer was we wanted to be all of those things! Someone once said that you can have a service or product only two of three ways: You can have it fast and good but it won’t be cheap. You can have it cheap and fast but it won’t be good.
