Glossbrook Ltd is an Industry leading Precision Mould Toolmaking, Precision Moulding & Technical overmoulding company. Founded in 1973, Glossbrook operates a state of the art ISO registered manufacturing facility. Glossbrook has earned an excellent reputation based on technical excellence and outstanding customer service. With decades of experience in the industry and operating cutting edge machinery, we are expert plastic injection moulders and toolmakers. We cover all Industries Consumer Industry, Medical Industry, Aviation & Space Industry, Oil Industry, Automotive Industry & Ministry Of Defence. We run Krauss Maffei plastic injection moulding machines, including our newest addition – a Krauss Maffei 500 tonne moulding machine – the largest of its kind in Scotland making us one of the largest Independent family run companies in the industry covering the whole of the UK and our world wide customers. CAD-based injection mould tool designs are produced by our highly knowledgeable specialist design engineers and from these, mould tools are created using hi-tech equipment. From product design through to packaged end product, we provide a bespoke service. As plastic injection moulders and mould tool-makers, we can mould from existing tools or manufacture a mould tool from scratch, as well as modify or repair mould tools. We also offer screen printing of plastic components and form in place CNC gasketing and much more. With all processes under one roof, mould trials, production runs, mould repairs and secondary operations are all performed in-house.
