Originally incorporated in 1984 as General Management Assistance Corporation, the company eventually evolved into a general partnership, and reorganized in 2019 as a non-governmental, non-profit, privately funded entity, operated for consultative, managerial, administrative, technological, educational, training, and research support, and related assistance programs and services to promote and foster economic, social, and general community entrepreneurial and organizational development, under a strict code of ethical standards of business conduct.
