ALL wigs, hair extensions and products are inspected before leaving the warehouse, and must meet high Quality Assurance standards. We hope that you enjoy your purchase, and want your shopping experience with us to be pleasant. Glam Hair Solutions does not offer refunds, only store credit. However, you do have seven (7) business days to exchange your stock lace wig and/or hair extensions. All Glam Hair Solutions' products are not refundable for any reason. Glam Hair Solutions strives to ensure the highest customer satisfaction and allows a one time exchange. To initiate your one time exchange, please email us your order information requesting a return form below to mail back with your unit. DO NOT remove the excess lace from the wig, brush, comb or alter the wig in any way. The wig must be returned in it's original condition with packaging including tags and wig bag. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these terms as specified.
