Through its purpose-built technology, Giving Compass gathers trusted, up-to-date, public information. Individuals and organizations can access the data through a suite of tools: Giving Compass, Giving Compass Pro, and integrated Data and API Solutions. By putting nonprofit data in one place, Giving Compass empowers smarter, more confident giving and helps more nonprofits get the resources they need. Giving Compass supporters help expand access to this information so the impact of more nonprofits is understood. Giving Compass was inspired by Jeff and Tricia Raikes, Co-Founders of the Raikes Foundation. They were enthusiastic about learning how to take their generosity to the next level but found it difficult to find targeted resources to guide their strategic giving. Giving Compass was created to address this opportunity, in collaboration with leading philanthropic organizations.
