Five divisions have been strategically created to give clients a single, integrated solution: 1) Building Services: design and installation of all the MEP services every building needs to operate safely, comfortably and as sustainably as possible. Our focus is always on the people who use the building to create the optimum environment for them to live, work and play in. 2) Projects: independent MEP services for schemes valued between £50,000 and £1 million, with extensive experience delivering projects for education facilities. Working directly for end users and building and energy consultants, we can also operate as the principal contractor delivering full scope turnkey new build and retrofit solutions. 3) Maintenance: on-going pre-planned preventative and reactive solutions to ensure optimum building performance and compliance. 4) Engineering Services: specialist off-site prefabrication of all mechanical building services infrastructure in our specialist facility that is complemented with full electrical process engineering. 5) Air Conditioning: design, build and installation of air conditioning services for buildings of all types. Approved partner status with Mitsubishi, Toshiba and Daikin. We work throughout the UK across a variety of sectors: commercial, education, health, industrial, leisure, residential and retail.
